• Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -111 <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has entered into an agreement with Anoka County <br />over the years to cooperatively work on Solid Waste abatement and Recycling <br />AND WHEREAS, Anoka County receives funding from the Solid Waste <br />Management Coordinating Board and the State of Minnesota in the form of "SCORE" <br />funds, <br />AND WHEREAS, The County wishes to assist Municipalities in meeting recycling <br />goals established by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners by providing SCORE <br />funds to cities in the County for solid waste recycling programs, <br />AND WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes is elligible to receive $42,189.94 for fiscal <br />year 2004 in Score funds, <br />AND WHEREAS, Anoka County Agreement No. 2003 -0246 provides for the <br />cooperative effort between Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Adopt Resolution and Sign Anoka County Agreement No. 2003 -0246, <br />Agreement For Residential Recycling Program <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of July, 2004 <br />Ann Blair, Clerk- Treasurer <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
