• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -108 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR ELM STREET ESTATES <br />(FORMERLY LAKEVIEW ESTATES) <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Lakeview Estates on <br />October 27, 2003 with Resolution 03 -184; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lakeview Estates project has been renamed Elm Street Estates; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Elm Street Estates is consistent with the Lakeview Estates <br />preliminary plat; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Elm Street Estates. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
