Amendment. This Agreement shall be amended only by a written instrument signed by the Parties. 14. Construction. The captions and headings of the various sections of this Agreement are for convenience only and are not to be construed as defining or as limiting in any way the scope or intent of the provisions hereof. Wherever the context requires or permits, the singular shall include the plural, the plural shall include singular, and the masculine, feminine and neuter shall be freely interchangeable. 15. Entire Agreement. It is mutually understood and agreed that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any and all prior oral or written understandings, representations or statements, and that no understandings, representatives or statements, verbal or written, have been made which modify, amend, qualify, or affect the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended except in a writing executed by the parties. 16. Counterparts. For the convenience of the parties, any number of counterparts hereof may be executed and each such executed counterpart shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute one in the same Agreement.
