• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-121 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR CRYSTAL COVE <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Crystal Cove with <br />Resolution 03 -141 on September 8, 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Crystal Cove received by the City July 9, 2004 is consistent <br />with the preliminary plat. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Crystal Cove . <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
