• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -122 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />MARSHAN ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final <br />plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and <br />City ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Marshan Estates was approved with <br />Resolution 04 -32 by the City Council on March 8, 2004, with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Marshan Estates complies with City requirements <br />and the conditions of Resolution 04 -32 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Marshan Estates. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of August, 2004. <br />John J.
