We were not eligible <br />to participate in 2003. We are requesting that the Lino Lakes <br />City Council allow us to enter into a grant agreement for the <br />period of October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005, and adopt <br />Resolution 04 -128. <br />I I <br />'OPTIONS ' <br />I I <br />1. Approve request to participate in the Safe & Sober grant <br />agreement. <br />2.
