• • • CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA ORDINANCE NO. 21-04 AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE OF A PARCEL OF LAND BY THE CITY OF LLNO LAKES The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: I. The real property described as: That part of Outlot C, The Village No. 1, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the most southerly corner of said. Outlot C; thence North 64 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the southwesterly line of said Outlot C 240.00 feet to the most westerly corner of said Outlot C and the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence northeasterly 277.76 feet along a non - tangential curve concave to the north having a radius of 384.00 feet, a central angle of 41 degrees 26 minutes 39 seconds and a chord bearing of North 74 degrees 02 minutes 25 seconds East to the north line of said Outlot C; thence North 82 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds East along said north line 41.90 feet to the most easterly corner of said Outlot C and said line there terminating. This real property (the "Property ") contains .47 acres and is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City "). The city council of the City has determined that the Property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. II. The city council of the City authorizes sale of the property Fairview Health Services. The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a purchase agreement and other documents as may be necessary in order to sell the Property. Proceeds from the sale of the Property shall be used in accordance with the requirements of the city charter. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter.
