The rezoning <br />includes the southern portion of the site, changing it from R -1X to Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) for mixed uses: the existing church and the group residence. The <br />existing Rl -X zoning already accommodates the single family lots to be platted on the <br />north side of the site. <br />The Metropolitan Council approved the comprehensive plan amendment needed to <br />support the rezoning. Once the second reading is approved, the ordinance can be <br />published. It will be in effect 30 days after publication. <br />OPTIONS. <br />1.
