• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-141 <br />RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING DATES FOR DECEMBER COUNCIL <br />MEETING AND DECEMBER COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes has set their Truth in Taxation Hearings <br />for December 13 and December 20; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes has traditionally adjusted their December <br />Council meeting dates to coincide with the dates of these hearings, <br />WHEREAS, the second meeting of the month would therefore be conducted one week <br />earlier than regularly scheduled, on Monday, the 20th of December, and <br />the work session immediately preceding would therefore be held on <br />Wednesday, the 15th of December, and <br />WHEREAS, the dates of the December meetings would then be as follows: <br />December 8, 2004 - work session <br />December 13, 2004 — Council meeting <br />December 15, 2004 — work session <br />December 20, 2004 — Council meeting <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1. The dates of the December meetings will be held as follows: <br />December 8, 2004 — work session <br />December 13, 2004 — Council meeting <br />December 15, 2004 — work session <br />December 20, 2004 — Council meeting <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27nd day of September, 2004. <br />Ann J.
