The site is currently guided <br />to be primarily industrial. We are researching and master - <br />planning the site with alternative uses. <br />Village of Hardwood Creek, LLC <br />Greg Hayes, Senior Development Officer <br />Sue Norstrom, Development Project Manager <br />Lino Lakes City Residents <br />Centerville City Residents <br />Anoka County Highway Department <br />Rice Creek Watershed District <br />MnDOT <br />Community school districts <br />Civic leaders and committee members <br />March 22, 2004 City of Lino Lakes Work Session — <br />discussed the project and the City Council requested <br />additional community feedback. <br />April 29, 2004 City of Lino Lakes Work Session with <br />various City committee members - discussed the master <br />planning the project and the issues affecting the project. <br />May — August, 2004 meetings with various community <br />partners. <br />September 20, 2004 Community Information Meeting <br />Feedback received to -date has been consistent with typical <br />community surveys and informational meetings recently <br />conducted by the Anoka County Highway Department <br />related to planning highway improvements in the area. <br />
