• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -148 <br />AUTHORIZING CITY TO <br />ACCEPT THE 2004 DNR OAK WILT GRANT <br />WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes City Council annually submits a DNR Oak Wilt grant <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has approved the Oak <br />Wilt Grant Application and authorized a matching grant in the amount of $7,000; and <br />WHERAS, The Oak Wilt grant monies are used to cost share high -risk tree removals <br />with Lino Lakes residents; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby accepts the grant and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the <br />grant on behalf of the City. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of October 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
