Ensure that the lighting plan conforms to the City code. <br />2. Make changes to the landscape plan species list as per December 3rd <br />Environmental Board recommendations: <br />• Change Black ash to Green ash or one of the native oak species. <br />• Change Colorado spruce to white spruce. <br />• Change Austrian pine to Red or White pine. <br />• Change Autumn applause to Northern pin oak. <br />\ 3. Reduce impervious parking surfaces if possible. <br />\4. No soils should be imported or exported with out City permission. <br />5`\ Deep tilling should occur on all planting areas. <br />• Page 1 <br />-45- <br />
