DSU, Inc. and its agents have submitted a proposal and contract to provide <br />services to assist the City of Lino Lakes in determining a preferred development <br />scenario and preparing an AUAR document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, <br />1. That the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the <br />proposal and contract with DSU and its agents to provide professional <br />services for determining a preferred development scenario and preparing <br />an AUAR document. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of October 2004. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
