The revised easement still includes all of your property north of the fence <br />around your yard. <br />2. The'original easement and the revised easement language, along with a map <br />showing the angles and segments referenced in the legal description for both <br />easements, are submitted to the Rice Creek Watershed District for review and <br />acceptance before the revised easement is recorded. <br />3. Proof of recording of the revised easement is submitted to the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District after it is approved. <br />4.
