• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -153 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 (FINAL) FOR THE 2004 <br />SEALCOAT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 2004 Sealcoat Project has been completed <br />by Allied Blacktop, Inc. and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment number 2 (final) in the amount of $3,090.39 is approved for a <br />total contract amount of $61,807.80. <br />• Adopted by the City Council this 25th day of October, 2004. <br />Ann J.
