Studenski, City Engineer <br />COUNCIL MEETING DATE: October 25, 2004 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 04 -155, Adopting Assessments, Hailey Manor <br />Development Project. <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Hailey Manor Development Project is currently under construction and <br />nearing completion. In the development agreement dated May 24, 2004, the <br />property owner waives any and all procedural and substantive objections to the <br />installation of City improvements and the special assessments. The Halley <br />Manor Development Project is substantially complete and therefore, City Staff is <br />prepared to adopt the assessments. <br />The developer has reviewed and approved the assessments. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Adopt Resolution No. 04 -155, Adopting Assessments for the Hailey Manor <br />Development Project. <br />2. Not Adopt Resolution No. 04 -155. <br />3. Return to staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends Option No. 1. <br />
