Studenski, City Engineer <br />COUNCIL MEETING DATE: October 25, 2004 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 04 -157, Adopting Assessments, Century Farms 2nd <br />Addition Development Project. <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Century Farms 2nd Addition Development Project is currently under <br />construction. In the development agreement dated April 12, 2004, the property <br />owner waives any and all procedural and substantive objections to the <br />installation of City improvements and the special assessments. The Century <br />Farms 2nd Addition Development Project is substantially complete and therefore, <br />City Staff is prepared to adopt the assessments. <br />The developer has reviewed and approved the assessments. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Adopt Resolution No. 04 -157, Adopting Assessments for the Century Farms <br />2nd Addition Development Project. <br />2. Not Adopt Resolution No. 04 -157. <br />3. Return to staff for further review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends Option No. 1. <br />
