• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-174 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE I -35E CORRIDOR AUAR ADVISORY <br />PANEL <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 04 -147 authorizing the <br />commencement of an Alternative Urban Area Review (AUAR) study for the northeast <br />portion of the city, and; <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the public to establish an advisory panel made up <br />of representatives of the City's Planning & Zoning Board, Environmental Board, Park <br />Board, Economic Development Advisory Committee, Rice Creek Watershed District, <br />Anoka County, property owners, surrounding communities, and other key groups and <br />agencies, and; <br />'WHEREAS, representatives of these groups have been contacted and invited to <br />participate on an advisory panel for the AUAR; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />establishes the AUAR Advisory Panel. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of 2004. <br />John J.
