• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -169 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 & 3 AND FINAL PAYMENT <br />FOR THE ELM STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Elm Street Reconstruction Project, including <br />Change Order No. 2 has been completed by Frattalone Excavating and <br />Grading, Inc. and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $27,437.98, Change Order No. 3 <br />(Compensating) and Payment Number 7 (final) in the amount of $27,437.98 is <br />approved for a total contract amount of $1,416,977.78. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 8th day of November, 2004. <br />Ann J.
