INTRODUCTION <br />The purpose of the administrative modification is to remove one parcel from the existing Tax <br />Increment Financing District. The parcel is 17- 31 -22 -12 -0005 and is shown in Section G. The <br />elimination of the parcel and delay in certification do not materially change the impacts and TIF <br />estimates in the original plan. No other changes are being proposed at this time. <br />
