CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -191 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2005 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2005 Water and Sewer Operating Budgets during <br />their work session held August 26, 2004, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES that the following Water <br />and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2005 are hereby adopted: <br />2005 Water Operating Budget 2005 Sewer Operating Budget <br />Operating Revenues $1,052,000 $1,310,000 <br />Transfers 304,195 -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,356,195 $1,310,000 <br />Operating Expenses $ 902,841 $1,209,408 <br />Debt Service 418,990 -0- <br />Total Expenses $1,321,831 $1,209,408 <br />Revenues/Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ 34,364 $ 100,592 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 20th day of December, 2004. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />
