The plan was reviewed based on the local plan criteria <br />contained in 44 CFR Part 201, as authorized by the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000. <br />Therefore, the County and the jurisdictions within the county are eligible to apply for <br />mitigation project funding under Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and the Pre - <br />Disaster Mitigation Grant Program (PDM). <br />Please forward two CDs of your adopted plan to our office as soon as possible. The CDs <br />must include signed copies of the resolutions to adopt the plan.
