• <br />• <br />• <br />Anoka County Multi- Jurisdictional <br />All Hazards Mitigation Plan <br />INITIAL STRATEGY CONFERENCE CALL MEETING MINUTES - April 11, 2005 <br />John and Kelli conducted a conference call with Les Junge and Jim Capps with Excelliant. The <br />meeting / call began at 10:00 am. <br />Discussed how Excelliant will assist with completing the draft plan for Anoka County. <br />Discussed what information is required for completion of a Hazard Mitigation Plan. <br />Went into some detail as to the process Excelliant will use to assist Anoka County. <br />The group considered the best way to use the services of Excelliant; began laying the <br />groundwork for Anoka County doing data gathering, and Excelliant working on draft plan <br />formatting. <br />The meeting / call ended at 12:00 pm. <br />
