Anoka County Multi- Jurisdictional <br />All Hazards Mitigation Plan <br />WHEREAS, approval of the all hazard mitigation plan will make the <br />county eligible to receive Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGPO project <br />grants; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution does not preclude the participating cities and <br />townships from preparing its own plan sometime in the future should it desire to <br />do so. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LEXINGTON, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, authorizes the City's participation in Anoka Counties Hazard <br />Mitigation Planning Effort. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LEXINGTON THE 1't , DAY OF JULY, 2003. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />thueitk- <br />A inistrator <br />310 <br />
