Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -16 <br />APPROVING RENEWAL OF A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT <br />FOR CENTENNIAL YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (CYHA) <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />January 22, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has received a request from CYHA to approve <br />renewal of their lawful gambling premises permit to conduct gambling at Miller's on Mail <br />and Trapper's Bar & Grill; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the Lino Lakes Lions Club <br />to submit a resolution from the City Council approving the premises permit application; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted the required background <br />investigation; and <br />WHEREAS, CYHA is in compliance with the City Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council hereby approves the renewal of a premises permit for the <br />Centennial Youth Hockey Association to conduct lawful gambling at Miller's on Main, <br />8001 Main Street, and Trapper's Bar & Grill, 6810 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of January 2007. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
