• Keep green space buffering as an important design <br />element for the new development with bordering <br />neighborhoods. <br />• The intent is to create an urban forum. One that a v oids <br />lining Hodgson Rd. with large parking lots. <br />• Parking areas should be divided into small areas with <br />extensive landscaping to preserve the neighborhood <br />feeling. <br />• Buildings must be designed with 4 -sided architecture. <br />The design of current and future developments should <br />be coordinated. <br />• Planning the area must look forward to full <br />development so one project is not allowed "to use up <br />capacity" so other sites cannot develop without <br />creating the need for additional signal lights. <br />• Quantity of development will be limited to ensure that <br />traffic generated on Hodgson Rd., the County Rd J <br />intersection, or the new access, does not exceed <br />capacities or create a need for a traffic signal at the <br />full access . <br />• One full access centered on the property would allow <br />a circulation route to be created. <br />• <br />
