• <br />• <br />Proposal, <br />We are requesting a variance to add a 3rd stall garage onto our existing dwelling. In order to <br />preserve windows presently located on the north side of the dwelling, the roof line and gable <br />must be constructed differently than the original design. The construction of the garage will not <br />affect the setback on the city street. <br />
