• <br />• <br />WS — Item 3 <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item 3 <br />Date: Council Work Session, April 2, 2007 <br />To: City Council <br />From: Gordon Heitke <br />Re: Snowmobile and A11- Terrain Vehicle Ordinance <br />Background <br />Police Chief Pecchia briefly discussed updating the snowmobile and ATV ordinance at <br />the March 5, 2007 work session. Staff is in the process of reviewing changes and <br />receiving input from affected parties. The Council provided some general direction <br />regarding the ordinance in order for a draft to be prepared and reviewed at this work <br />session for possible action on April 12. <br />Requested Council Direction <br />Staff is seeking final comments and direction from Council in order for the first reading <br />of the ordinance to occur April 12. <br />Attachment <br />1.
