REVISED <br />SUMMARY MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA <br />Monday <br />April 9, 2007 <br />6:30 p.m. <br />(Scheduled to be broadcast on Channel 16) <br />City Council: Mayor Bergeson, Council Members Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert & Stoltz <br />City Administrator: Gordon Heitke <br />B©ARD'OF REVIEW, 6 :00 P.M. <br />Local Board of Appeal and Equalization <br />Council Chambers <br />Call to Order and Roll Call at 6:07 p.m. — Present were Mayor Bergeson, Council <br />Members O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson and Stoltz <br />Owners of properties at 7133 Sunrise Dr, 6832 Black Duck Dr and 6310 Otter Lake <br />Rd addressed the board. Actions as follows: <br />6832 Black Duck Dr — Motion by Reinert, seconded by Carlson, to refer to Anoka <br />County with request to review flood plain situation, was adopted by a unanimous <br />voice vote. <br />7133 Sunrise Dr — Motion by O'Donnell, seconded by Reinert, to refer to Anoka <br />County, was adopted by a unanimous voice vote. <br />6310 Otter Lake Rd — Motion by Stoltz, seconded by O'Donnell, to refer to Anoka <br />County, was adopted by a unanimous voice vote. <br />The Board of Review adjourned at 7:05 p.m. <br />CITY COUNCIL MEET <br />➢ Public Comment <br />None <br />➢ Call to Order and Roll Call <br />7:10 p.m. — Present were Mayor Bergeson, Council Members O'Donnell, Reinert, <br />Carlson and Stoltz <br />➢ Pledge of Allegiance <br />➢ Setting the Agenda: Addition or deletion of agenda items <br />The agenda was approved. <br />
