B) Consideration of Resolution No. 07 -52, Accepting Bids and Pg 35 -38 Awarding Contract, 2007 Sealcoat Project, Jim Studenski Action Taken: Motion by Stoltz, seconded by Carlson, to approve Resolution No. 07 -52 as presented, was adopted by a unanimous voice vote. C) Consideration of Resolution No. 07 -53, Accepting Bids and Pg 39 -45 Awarding Contract, 2007 Overlay Project, Jim Studenski Action Taken: Motion by Reinert, seconded by O'Donnell, to approve Resolution No. 07 -53 as presented, was adopted by a unanimous voice vote.
