The Council will continue to receive special event requests and maintains the authority <br />to grant permits. <br />The first reading of the special event ordinance was approved by the Council on April 9, <br />2007. Following second reading and approval, the ordinance would be published and <br />would take effect 30 days from the date of publication. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve second reading and passage of Ordinance 03 -07 <br />2.
