Pecchia, Public Safety Director <br />CC MEETING DATE: April 23, 2007 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 07 -55 <br />Summary of Ordinance 02 -07 for publication <br />ATV /Snowmobile Ordinance <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 4/5 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The first reading of Ordinance 02 -07 repealing Chapter 807 of the Lino Lakes Code of <br />Ordinances and adding a new Chapter 807 relating to Operation of Snowmobiles and <br />All Terrain Vehicles was approved by the City Council at the April 9, 2007 regular <br />meeting. The second reading is to be considered at the April 23, 2007 regular meeting. <br />Due to the length of this ordinance it is necessary for the city to approve a summary of <br />the ordinance for publication purposes.
