Royal Excavating Company is the <br />operator of the stockpile and is responsible for its operation and <br />performance. The Royal Excavating phone number is 651- 248- <br />0607. <br />Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Pmctir,•s <br />The stockpile of block dirt and earth moving equipment activities <br />shall be conducted entirely within the sat fence boundary. There is <br />an existing delineated wetland area approximately 300 feet south <br />east of the stockade. Maintenance of the sat fence and erosion <br />prevention practices is imperative to keep any sediment from <br />reaching the wetland area. Proper sedment control practices shall <br />in4ude: <br />1. Regular inspection and maintenance of the sat fence. <br />Any or all sat fence must be repaired, replaced or <br />supplemented when it becomes nonfunctional or if the <br />sediment reaches 1/3 of the height of the fence. Repairs <br />shall be made within 24 hours of nonfunctional <br />discovery. <br />2 An undisturbed buffer area of natural grassland of 10 to <br />15 feet wide shall be maintained between the stockpile <br />and the truck /equipment activity area and the perimeter <br />silt fence. <br />3. The stocple shall be hydro - seeded to establish <br />vegetation growth on undisturbed areas 30,41 to prevent <br />erosion run off. Areas disturbed ond idle for more than <br />ten working dogs shall be re- seeded. <br />4. A rock construction entrance /exit shalt be maintained at <br />the driveway off of 20th Avenue. Its purpose is to <br />reduce the amount of dirt or mud onto the paved <br />roadway. Vehicles exiting the site site shall on a regular <br />basis be inspected for evidence of off site sediment <br />tracking. Tracked sedsnent shad be removed from 20th <br />Avenue within 24 hours of discovery. The rock <br />entrance material shall be replenished as needed to <br />function correctly. <br />lnsoectinns and Mnintrmrnrr <br />Inspections veal be conducted on regular basis during active earth <br />moving periods Additional inspections shall be done after each m- <br />any rainfall event greater than 0.5 ind,es in a 24 hour period <br />Inspections and maintenance records shall be retained in o moo <br />box kept on site with the SWPPP. The stab44zed earthpae shall be <br />maintained and corrected as needed.
