Coordinate the plans for housing with plans for light industrial and commercial <br />businesses to balance land uses, serve the quality of life needs of the residential areas, <br />foster a positive business climate for light industrial and commercial business, and <br />expand and balance the community's tax base. <br />4. Ensure compatibility of adjacent land uses. <br />5. Create a staging plan for future development. <br />6.
