WS — Item 4 <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item 4 <br />Date: Council Work Session, June 4, 2007 <br />To: City Council <br />From: Mary Divine <br />Re: Purchase Agreement — Anderson Builders <br />In January 2007 the city entered into an agreement with Anderson Builders to <br />allow them a period of time to investigate the development potential of three acres <br />of city -owned land on Lake Drive, just north of 77th Street. Staff has been <br />working with Anderson Builders towards a purchase agreement and is continuing <br />to work on terms of the agreement this week. Additional information will be <br />available in the Council's Friday Update. <br />1 <br />
