The City is currently taking soil borings of two locations within the City along Birch <br />Street as potential sites for a water treatment plant. One site is on a vacant property <br />currently owned by the school district on the north side of Birch Street opposite the <br />intersection of Joyer Lane. The other site is on City owned property (currently in <br />agricultural use) located southeast of the intersection of Birch Street and Centerville <br />Road. <br />Requested Council Direction <br />This is an informal item that requires no action at this time. We are requesting any input <br />the City Council may have. <br />2 <br />
