Continue to promote Conservation Development as the City's preferred development <br />process where applicable. <br />Goal 10: Promote a unified communti <br />Strategies: <br />1. Promote the Town Center Area as the economic and social center of the community to <br />promote pride and "sense of community" in Lino Lakes. <br />2. Create, strengthen and maintain the appearance of the city's gateways and key <br />transportation corridors through streetscapes, design standards, trails, lighting, signage <br />and other tools. <br />Goal 11: Maintain existing housing stock to insure a high - quality environment in all residential <br />°Sorhoods. <br />Strategies: <br />1. Enforce necessary codes to ensure the continued compliance and maintenance of the <br />existing housing stock. <br />2. Identify methods and options to promote the improvement of the existing housing stock, <br />and to encourage the rehabilitation or redevelopment of substandard housing <br />3.
