I spoke with Mr. DeGardner, who was excellent to work with. He responded <br />in a thoughtful and prompt manner. I hope that other cities will follow the example Mr. <br />DeGardner set in meeting the needs of citizens with disabilities. <br />The sign has had the intended effect.
