The WSB Way recognition program,
started in September, rewards and
recognizes individuals that
have made special daily
contributions to the
company and demonstrate
values of the WSB Way.
The program recognizes
performance, articulates
and reinforces what we
value in our culture, and
makes certain that we all
work on the things that
make our company successful.
Staff members nominate a colleague
and document the activity in which the
colleague is recognized. The group
manager then determines a small payroll
award that comes with WSB bucks.
RECIPIENTS:
Alison Nguyen
Andy Gatlin
Andy Plowman
Blair Fowler
Bryan Pittman
Jeremy Koenen
Joe Koscielak
Sarah Madson
Scott Niemann
Sharon Montague
Tanya Gytri
Teresa Stoup
Tim Andler
SCOTT NIEMANN
THUMBS UP RECIPIENT
AWARDS
SCOTT NIEMANN
The Thumbs Up Award is presented to the staff person who
has most contributed to the success of WSB in the past year.
Scott Niemann has taken the development of our wind energy
business very personally. He has developed relationships,
initiated innovative solutions, and gone out of his way to make
sure that we provide a quality product. Scott's work over the
past two years has helped us develop a new service area that is
both economically and personally rewarding for our staff. His
strong work ethic and technical skill level has earned the respect
and appreciation from both clients and coworkers.
10 WSB: 2010 Year in Review
TERESA STOUP
JAR AWARD RECIPIENT
TERESA STOUP
The JAR Award honors the staff member who characterizes
superior customer service, a positive attitude, integrity, and has
fun in her everyday job. The award is named after John Rhoden,
a former survey staff person who passed away unexpectedly.
John understood how to treat clients, their constituents, and our
staff and made it a point to do what he could for them. Teresa
Stoup, Business Services Marketing Coordinator, encompasses
each of these attributes and continues to enhance her expertise
daily. She is extremely dedicated to her work and takes pride in
all that she provides for WSB.
