Street Reconstruction Programs <br />Cambridge, Minn. (2001 -2011) <br />An annual program consisting of approximately 12 miles to date, a total cost <br />of $23 million, with no cost overruns. Included the entire downtown <br />business area and significant residential areas. Funding has included <br />Municipal State Aid, Trunk Highway Turnback, Federal SAFTEA -LU, and <br />significant special assessments. Todd's SEH team performed a Pavement <br />Management Study, prepared a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), annually updates the CIP, prepared and <br />updates the assessment policy, and implements annual street and utility reconstruction projects from <br />preliminary design through construction. <br />Reference <br />David L.
