The majority of the City's value lies <br />within Independent School District No. 12 (Centennial) and Independent School District No. 831 <br />(Forest Lake), with a small portion in Independent School District No. 624 (White Bear Lake). <br />The 2006/07 enrollment for Independent School District No. 12 was 6,986 students; for <br />Independent School District No. 831, it was 8,520. <br />
