The city completed a parking analysis for the property <br />and they determined that the center lacks a sufficient number of parking places to support <br />the addition of any further users in the center without some reduction to the parking <br />demands of the existing tenants. <br />The ownership is working with the city to rectify the parking situation. Until or unless the <br />situation is worked out the square footage used for the operating expenses and real estate <br />taxes chargeback will be reduced by the square footage of the two empty spaces. This <br />will change the square footage from 26,570 to 24,186.
