(1) Specific Performance Objectives to be completed <br />during the remainder of 2007: <br />(a) Prepare plans and specifications. <br />(b) Obtain Council approvals, develop plans and <br />specifications, and award bid. <br />(c) <br />Staff oversees implementation of the <br />redevelopment effort. <br />e. Sub -goal: Review and revise current plan of recreation <br />complex. <br />(1) Specific Performance Objectives to be completed <br />during the remainder of 2007: <br />(a) Develop feasibility study of a phasing plan <br />for eventual completion of improvements at <br />the recreational complex. <br />(b) Develop phasing and financing plans <br />necessary to complete recommended <br />phasing efforts. <br />6. Goal: Diversify, expand, and enhance the City's tax base. <br />a. Specific Performance Objectives for the remainder of 2007: <br />(1) Analysis of where economic development <br />opportunities exist within the City for expansion of <br />the City's tax base. <br />b. Specific Performance Objects for 2008: <br />(1) Develop Marketing Plan. <br />(2) Align Comp Plan to the Economic Development <br />and Marketing strategy. <br />(3) <br />Establish the necessary internal organization <br />capability to promote expansion and marketing of <br />economic development opportunities. <br />
