SUMMARY MINUTES <br />Monday <br />July 9, 2007 <br />6:30 p.m. <br />(Scheduled to be broadcast on Channel 16) <br />City Council: Mayor Bergeson, Council Members Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert & Stoltz <br />City Administrator: Gordon Heitke <br />➢ Open Mike / Public Comment <br />A tenant of Spirit Hills Retail Center requested an update on the city's involvement in <br />the parking concerns. <br />➢ Call to Order and Roll Call <br />6:30 p.m. — Present were Mayor Bergeson, Council Members O'Donnell, Reinert, <br />Carlson and Stoltz <br />➢ Pledge of Allegiance <br />➢ Setting the Agenda: Addition or deletion of agenda items <br />The agenda was not amended. <br />Legislative Update — Senator Sandra Rummel, Representative Paul Gardner <br />A) Consideration of Expenditures: <br />i) July 9, 2007 (Check No. 80455 through <br />80594) in the amount of $413,340.33; <br />ii) Centennial Fire District (Check No.2765 through <br />2773) in the amount of $1,231.36 <br />Pg 4 -19 <br />B) Consider not waiving monetary limits on tort liability Pg 20 -21 <br />per Minnesota Statutes, Section 466.04 <br />C) Consideration of Resolution No. 07 -105, Approving Pg 22 -28 <br />Payment Request No. 3 (Final) and Compensating Change <br />Order No. 2, 2006 Pond and Ditch Cleaning Projects, <br />Jim Studenski <br />D) Accepting Donation from Barbara Bor for Heron Rookery Pg 29 <br />Aerial Photography, Marty Asleson <br />Action Taken: Motion by Carlson, seconded by Stoltz, to <br />approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 1D, was <br />adopted by a unanimous voice vote <br />
