Council Member <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -105 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 3 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — 2006 POND AND DITCH CLEANIING <br />PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the 2006 Pond and Ditch Cleaning Projects has been completed by Arnt <br />Construction Company, Inc., and <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final <br />Payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1 and Payment Request No. 3 (Final) is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $48,358.16. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of July, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
