Conviction of any violent related Felony within the last seven years. <br />Two or more violent - related Gross Misdemeanor convictions within the past <br />seven years. <br />Three or more violent - related or disorderly conduct Misdemeanor convictions <br />within the last seven years. <br />Any conviction for selling a controlled substance within the last seven years. <br />Two or more convictions for possession of a controlled substance within the <br />last seven years. <br />Any eviction from a prior rental unit within the last three years for criminal <br />behavior, disorderly conduct, public nuisance or related activity. <br />Any convictions for a sex - related offense with the last "seven years. This <br />includes "indecent exposure ", "window peeping ", "sexual assault ", "child <br />molestation ", and "child pornography ". <br />False "personal" information on the application, i.e. name, date of birth, social <br />security number, prior addresses. <br />Enforcement and Inspection Authority <br />The Director of Public Safety and his /her designated agents and /or the Director of <br />Community Development and his /her designated agents shall be the Compliance <br />Official who shall administer and enforce the provisions of this program and who is <br />hereby authorized to inspect records to ensure compliance with program provisions. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
