CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 06 -07 <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE OF THREE PARCELS OF LAND <br />BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />Greg Anderson Development, LLC (the "Developer ") has submitted to the City Council <br />for consideration a Purchase Agreement dated July 9, 2007 to purchase certain real estate <br />owned by the City. The Purchase Agreement provides, among other things, for the <br />conveyance, under certain terms and conditions, of real property owned by the City <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 12, Blk 2 Caroles Estates 2nd Addition <br />Lot 13, Bik 2 Caroles Estates 2nd Addition <br />Lot 14, Bik 2 Caroles Estates 2nd Addition <br />The city council of the City has determined that the Property is no longer needed by the <br />City for any public purpose and that it is in the best interest of the City to convey the <br />Property to the Developer subject to the terms of this ordinance and the Purchase <br />Agreement. <br />II. <br />The city council of the City authorizes execution of the Purchase Agreement by the <br />Mayor and Clerk after the effective date of this ordinance. Furthermore, the mayor and <br />city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute any other documents as may be <br />necessary in order to sell the Property. Proceeds from the sale of the Property shall be <br />used in accordance with the requirements of the city charter. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its <br />passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
