5/14/07 <br />DA Draft <br />05/16/07 JLT <br />05/17/07 JLT <br />06/06/07 <br />6/16/07 DA <br />6/25/07 DA <br />7/16/07 MAD <br />(City of Lino Lakes Property) • <br />PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of 2007, <br />by and between GREG ANDERSON DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability <br />company, with its principal place of business at 3555 Louisiana Avenue South, St. Louis Park, <br />Minnesota 55426 (hereinafter called "Purchaser "), and the CITY OF LINO LAKES, a Minnesota <br />municipal corporation, whose address is 600 Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, <br />55014 (hereinafter called "Seller "). <br />WITNESSETH THAT, WHEREAS: <br />A. Seller is the owner of the parcel of land consisting of approximately 3 acres, <br />which is described on Exhibit A attached hereto, together with all improvements located thereon <br />and all easements, rights of way, privileges, appurtenances, and rights to same belonging to or <br />enuring to the benefit of said parcel of land or its owner (hereinafter called the "Land ") lying and <br />being in the City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, and State of Minnesota. <br />B. Seller desires to sell to Purchaser, and Purchaser desires to purchase from Seller, <br />subject to the terms, covenants and conditions hereinafter contained: <br />1.
