• <br />• <br />V. PERIOD OF SERVICE <br />TKDA shall commence work immediately upon receiving the signed Authorization, and <br />complete the Feasibility Report by September 15, 2007. TKDA will present the report at a City <br />Council meeting on a later date to be determined. <br />VI. COMPENSATION <br />Compensation to TKDA for services provided as described in SECTION II shall be on an <br />Hourly Rate basis in an amount not to exceed $11,600. <br />Any services provided by TKDA that would result in costs or person -hour effort in excess of the <br />specified amounts shall be classified as "Additional Services ".
