Costs <br />Additional Work/Post <br />Contract Maintenance <br />Payment Schedule <br />Springsted Incorporated will perform the tasks as outlined in this proposal for <br />the professional fee of $19,400. In addition to the professional fee, Springsted <br />would bill the City for out -of- pocket expenses such as travel, copying etc. in an <br />amount not to exceed $1,000. This fee includes two employee orientation <br />sessions, meetings with Department Heads, individual interviews with City <br />Council members, two meetings with City Council members and two <br />implementation options. <br />a. Development of new position descriptions: <br />b. Job Evaluation <br />c.
